It can be really easy to miss if you are coming from Occidental, especially if there are vehicles in the way. It says something like 'truck load 30 minutes' by their door, which always makes me nervous given I am definitely not driving a truck, but I usually just put on my hazards near the buzzer and am almost always back on my way within a few minutes! I parked in front of the loading area on Occidental, rang the buzzer, and two friendly employees were right out and unloaded my carful of old electronics in a jiffy.
